What does Suzuki Assistance mean?

In short: immediate help throughout Europe in Romanian!
Suzuki Assistance is a free out-of-warranty* assistance, offered by Magyar Suzuki Corporation, which will be available to all buyers of new Suzuki vehicles, within 24 hours in Romania, as well as in the European countries below.
* Magyar Suzuki Corporation reserves all legal rights to unilaterally modify the service provided. The content of the Suzuki Assistance service is established by the General Conditions of the Suzuki Assistance Service, which can be read on the website www.suzuki.ro, as well as you can get information at Suzuki dealerships. Andorra, England, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Croatia, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Poland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Germany, Norway, Italy, Portugal (except: Madeira), Romania, San Marino, Spain, Switzerland, Slovakia, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary, Vatican.

When can it be used?

The service is valid for a period of 3 years after the first registration of the vehicle. The use of the free service is not mandatory, disregarding it does not terminate the legal warranty rights.
Suzuki Assistance can be used exclusively in the event of vehicle malfunctions that make it impossible to continue driving, as this is within the scope of warranty obligations. Suzuki Assistance Service cannot be used in cases where assistance is required due to:
• a road accident;
• battery depletion caused by an electrical installation installed after manufacture;
• the vehicle operator has not performed the established work related to periodic technical inspection, maintenance and reconditioning; in cases where the warranty is canceled, or if the warranty is not valid for the respective malfunction.
• The service cannot be used later, after the malfunctions have been eliminated, and in particular it cannot be requested in cash.

Who has the right to use this service?

With this card, the Suzuki Assistance service can be used not only by the vehicle owner, but also by its driver. According to the decision of Magyar Suzuki Corporation, the right to use the Suzuki Assistance service is linked to the presentation of the Suzuki Assistance card. This makes it possible for relatives or acquaintances to travel peacefully even in your absence.**
** Please keep the Suzuki Assistance card belonging to the vehicle carefully, as Magyar Suzuki Corporation does NOT assume responsibility for damages caused by the use of the card by unauthorized persons.

How does Suzuki Assistance work?

Immediately after receiving the phone call, Suzuki Assistance will set out to help you and, depending on the distance, will arrive on site as soon as possible to carry out the repair. If this is not possible on site, the car will be transported to the nearest Suzuki service.

What do you need to do to use the Suzuki Assistance service?

Please always have the card that entitles you to use the Suzuki Assistance service with you (for example: in the registration certificate). Our services can only be used by Suzuki Assistance card holders!
In the event of a breakdown, call the indicated phone number! In the case of calls from within the country, as well as from abroad, you have the opportunity to ask for help in Romanian.
Following the telephone conversation, the Suzuki representative will ask you for the following information:
• Suzuki Assistance card number;
• vehicle model;
• vehicle chassis number;
• exact location of the vehicle;
• the problem;
• date of first registration of the vehicle;
• your contact details.

Of course, we hope you will never need such a service.
